Soil agarwood from Vietnam is one of the finest fragrances in the world. Naturally formed fragrant wood fallen into the ground, under the clean and right conditions, will have most of its fibres broken down, leaving behind a weathered, ripened resinous material that is unparalleled in heating or being made into combustible incense. The type and colour of soil that the wood falls into, gives the final material variation in appearance. Yellow soil is a rarer variants of soil agarwood as compared to the more common red soil. The fragrance of this is impeccably sweet, with hints of salt and mineral, the profile is very focussed and material extremely pure with no fibres at all.
